At Sqwad, we are building a team dedicated to helping organizations strengthen donor engagement by converting one-time donors into recurring supporters.

• Fixed hourly pay plus performance bonuses (€13/hour + €10 bonus for each successful conversion)

Your mission:

Outbound Calling

• Contact existing donors by phone

• Present the recurring donation program

• Build trust and engage in meaningful conversations

• Answer questions and handle objections professionally

• Convert one-time donors into recurring donors

• Track and report your activity

• Achieve performance targets

Your profile:

• Native German speaker (mandatory)

• Good understanding of English or French to communicate with management

• Comfortable speaking on the phone

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented

• Previous experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or outbound calling is a plus

• Available at least 30 hours per week (ideally 35–40 hours)
