What we offer:

• €12 per hour guaranteed

• €5 bonus per activated contract

• 100% remote

• Full-time mission (35 hours per week)

• Monday to Friday schedule (between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM)

• Dedicated onboarding and ongoing support

What you'll do:

• Contact existing business partners from a provided portfolio

• Introduce a new payment terminal solution and explain its benefits

• Guide partners through the installation and activation process

• Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Support partners throughout the onboarding journey until activation is completed

• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM

Who we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with different types of business partners

• Ability to quickly understand and explain technical processes in a simple way

• Strong listening and relationship-building skills

• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable using basic digital tools

• Registered freelancer

• Located in Spain

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer success, telesales, or B2B customer relations

• Experience using CRM tools

• Experience working with business customers
