What We Offer
Freelance contract
100% remote (work from anywhere in Canada)
Flexible schedule (minimum 15 hours per week)
Weekly payouts
Performance-based compensation with high earning potential
Earn up to $25.50 per sale
No cap on earnings — your income depends on your performance
Top performers may unlock the opportunity to transition to an hourly-paid structure
High-performing agents who consistently exceed targets may be offered more stable compensation models.
Your Mission
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will:
Contact a list of assigned prospects
Follow a structured cold-calling script
Qualify customer interest
Present the offer clearly and confidently
Handle objections effectively
Guide prospects toward completing their order using a promo code
This role requires confidence, resilience, consistency, and a strong sales mindset.
Performance Standards
To succeed in this role, agents are expected to maintain a minimum Conversion Rate (CVR) of 3%.
Example:
If you are assigned 100 leads, you should achieve at least 3 sales.
We are looking for proactive, efficient professionals who focus on turning opportunities into measurable results.
Required Skills
Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead qualification (strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections with confidence
Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
Organized and autonomous
Reliable weekly availability (minimum 15 hours)
