Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (Quebec, Canada)

Operating across North America, Europe, and North Africa, we're growing fast—and we're looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Quebec to help us scale our recruitment efforts.

Working directly with our Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while helping us continuously improve our recruitment processes.

What you'll do

• Source and screen qualified candidates.

• Conduct recruitment interviews via video calls in English.

• Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations.

• Manage and update our recruitment pipeline using our ATS.

• Coordinate candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process.

• Support the onboarding of newly recruited agents.

• Collaborate with the Operations team on recruitment campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to improve and automate recruitment processes.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

What we're looking for

• You must be permanently based in Quebec, Canada.

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally hiring sales or customer service professionals.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to independently conduct recruitment interviews.

• Comfortable using ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and other digital tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience recruiting freelancers or remote workers is considered an asset.
